What you will do

• Own and evolve the monorepo to ensure it remains healthy, performant, and scalable.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for React Native and web targets to drive reliability.
• Author shared TypeScript libraries for state management, networking, and error handling.
• Manage the end-to-end mobile release process, including Android build configuration and deployment.
• Integrate and maintain platform-level observability tooling such as Sentry and Amplitude.
• Collaborate with product teams to translate pain points into platform improvements.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of professional experience in frontend or mobile engineering.
• Meaningful experience in platform, infrastructure, or developer tooling.
• Production-grade TypeScript expertise with strong typing discipline.
• Hands-on React Native experience in production, including native layer understanding.
• Practical Kotlin experience on Android for native modules or CI/CD work.
• Direct involvement in CI/CD pipeline ownership or significant contribution.

Nice to have

• Experience with Nx or pnpm workspaces.
• Familiarity with Vite and Expo for build configuration.
• Exposure to Reanimated or React Native Gesture Handler.
• Background in fintech or high-scale consumer applications.
