What you will do

• Join collaborative engineering team to build and enhance backend for ITSM product.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, and features in Ruby on Rails.
• Own features and bug fixes end-to-end, from design to deployment and support.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering partners to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and prototyping to evolve architecture.
• Investigate production issues, contribute to automated tests, and improve codebase quality.

Requirements

• Professional experience building backend applications with Ruby on Rails.
• Strong backend fundamentals: APIs, databases, testing, debugging, performance.
• Experience writing clean, maintainable, well-tested Ruby code.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate on complex challenges.
• Strong communication skills and proactive mindset.
• Open to using generative AI tools in daily work.
