What you will do

• Conceptualize and execute the architecture of a platform targeting both creators and consumers.
• Implement a variety of gameplay mechanics and client/server components.
• Optimize performance for playback on mobile devices, including iOS, Android, and AR Glasses.
• Set up in-house pipelines to increase efficiency in code, artwork, and QA.
• Review pull requests and mentor new developers to foster team growth.
• Collaborate with creative and product teams to plan new features and prioritize opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in development with high-level languages.
• 3+ years of experience with Unity or a similar game engine, with multiple shipped products.
• Implicit understanding of real-time performance.
• Must be located in or able to work from Berlin, Germany to support the hybrid office model.
