What you will do

• Coordinate internal IT projects, liaising between business units, IT teams, and external vendors.
• Manage and optimize internal enterprise systems, including requirement gathering and change management.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Procurement, Legal, and Administration to implement system solutions.
• Oversee external vendor delivery, service quality, and SLA tracking.
• Establish and optimize IT service management mechanisms based on incident and problem management.
• Produce comprehensive project documentation, status reports, and materials for management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT project management within corporate or enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience in IT operations management and continuous service improvement.
• Experience managing external vendors and implementation partners.
• Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
