Location: Hybrid in Dublin, Ireland

What you will do

• Lead large project across multiple studios and disciplines, overseeing team of producers.
• Identify and resolve issues between studios, development team, and client.
• Build trust and secure buy-in from client, development, and business teams.
• Manage production to meet client expectations on deliverables and quality.
• Oversee milestones, schedules, risks, scope changes, and budget in coordination with leads.
• Handle day-to-day communication on schedule, budget, changes, and risks with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Fluent English.
• Shipped at least 2 successful AAA games in production management role.
• Outstanding organization, communication, management, and leadership skills.
• Expertise in project management tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Hansoft/Jira, Word.
• Working knowledge of SCRUM and Agile practices.
• Proven ability to manage large projects across multiple locations; knowledge of technical game dev issues.

Nice to have

• Previous porting experience, preferably to gen 9.
