TL;DR

Staff Applied AI Engineer (AI): Building and productionizing enterprise AI programs and agentic solutions for strategic customers with an accent on LLM orchestration and MLOps. Focus on designing scalable ML pipelines, leading small engineering teams, and translating ambiguous business goals into technical AI architectures.

Location: Must be based in Warsaw, Poland

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise AI programs from scoping and architecture to deployment and monitoring.
  • Lead and mentor a team of 2–4 Applied AI Engineers, conducting design and code reviews.
  • Design, iterate, and ship high-quality ML pipelines and agentic AI solutions.
  • Productionize AI at scale by defining evaluation frameworks, safety guardrails, and observability workflows.
  • Serve as a senior technical advisor to customer data science and engineering leadership.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams to shape the future of the AI platform.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Proven experience productionizing applications using LLMs, specifically with RAG and agentic workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with the MLOps lifecycle in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Demonstrated experience leading technical projects and mentoring engineers.
  • Strong ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Location: Must be based in Warsaw, Poland

Nice to have

  • Startup experience or experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with core data science libraries such as pandas, numpy, and Snowpark.
