What you will do

  • Lead CMOS and NVM process flow design and optimize device performance for industry-leading yield and reliability.
  • Perform statistical and Physical Failure Analysis (PFA) to identify process defects and implement optimization solutions.
  • Drive cross-functional yield improvement programs to ensure production stability and cost-efficiency.
  • Manage technical collaboration and process transfer with international Tier-1 foundries.
  • Define technical specifications and Best Known Methods (BKM) from New Product Introduction (NPI) to high-volume manufacturing.

Requirements

  • Master’s or PhD in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related field.
  • 10+ years of semiconductor industry experience focusing on CMOS logic processes or NVM technologies (eFlash, RRAM, MRAM).
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as JMP, Python, or Spotfire.
  • Experience in NVM integration and mass production at 28nm/16nm/12nm nodes or beyond.
  • Ability to translate complex engineering issues into actionable strategies for design and process teams.

Nice to have

  • Successful track record in "Copy-Smart" process migration and technology transfer.
  • Expertise in BCD (Bipolar-CMOS-DMOS) process development or PMIC optimization.
  • Solid understanding of memory architecture, NVM operation principles, and peripheral circuit design.
