What you will do

• Lead international battery storage projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, cost, and quality requirements.
• Plan and coordinate project activities and milestones to maintain efficient workflows.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders and provide transparent reporting to internal leadership and external clients.
• Analyze customer requirements, define project specifications, and manage supplier deliverables.
• Coordinate on-site commissioning activities in collaboration with site management.
• Ensure strict compliance with PM standards, business codes, and EHS guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in plant construction/EPC, preferably in energy, grid solutions, wind, or renewable sectors.
• Project Management certification required.
• Master’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Excellent communication skills in German (native or C1) and English (professional).
• Proven ability to manage demanding customers and complex projects.
• Strong technical and commercial acumen with a focus on deadlines and budgets.
