What you will do

• Manage a high‑volume account portfolio, proactively driving product adoption, value realisation, and upsell opportunities.
• Deliver core services, including Corporate Carbon Footprint calculations and coordination of financial contributions.
• Handle customer inquiries and cases within agreed service levels, collaborating with internal experts.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM to ensure reliable history and compliance.
• Monitor customer health signals to identify risks and take proactive action for retention and expansion.
• Create and maintain FAQs and internal guidelines to enable effective self‑service for customers.

Requirements

• Up to 2 years of experience in customer success, customer service, or a comparable client-facing role.
• Fluency in German, Italian, and English.
• Basic knowledge of climate and sustainability topics (e.g., Corporate Carbon Footprints, GHG Protocol).
• Comfort with high-volume, process-driven work.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and maintaining clean data records.
