Salary: €1,700 – €2,500 gross per month

What you will do
- Respond to customer queries via phone and email in a timely and accurate manner.
- Identify customer needs and guide users through specific product features and functionalities.
- Update internal databases with information regarding technical issues and customer discussions.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams by sharing feature requests and customer feedback.
- Follow up with customers to ensure technical issues are fully resolved.
Requirements
- Proficient written and spoken German and English.
- Proficient spoken and written English and Lithuanian.
- Previous experience in a Customer Support role.
- Possibility to work full-time.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Understanding of cars and their parts.
- Experience using help desk software and remote support tools.
- Knowledge of additional languages.
