What you will do

• Advise customers on the implementation and operation of SAP HCM solutions, from initial analysis to requirements management.
• Manage projects focusing on SAP administration, payroll accounting, and time management.
• Develop and maintain SAP organizational management and personnel cost planning simulations.
• Integrate SAP HCM into FI/CO and execute system migrations.
• Conduct customer presentations and workshops regarding personnel cost planning and organizational management.
• Provide Application Management services and conduct training for sub-modules PA, PT, PY, PD, PKP, and OM.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as an SAP HCM / SAP H4S4 Consultant.
• Strong expertise in customizing SAP HCM processes and deep knowledge of PA and PY modules.
• Experience in SAP Application Management or S/4HANA implementation projects (brownfield/greenfield).
• English and German proficiency at B2+ level.
• Willingness to travel and undertake longer stays abroad (up to three two-week sessions monthly for a period of 6 months).
• Knowledge of German social security and tax law and their implementation in SAP.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ITIL processes and experience with Service Now.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM, KANBAN, Design Thinking) and tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Familiarity with SAP Activate and S/4HANA deployment and migration approaches.
