What you will do

• Lead complex AP and finance transformation initiatives across international and distributed environments.
• Conduct and lead workshops to understand critical issues and drive stakeholder alignment.
• Manage international teams of consultants and subcontractors to deliver fully integrated solutions.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to consultants on best practices and documentation.
• Coordinate across functional teams and manage multiple engagements concurrently.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO with at least 4 full lifecycle implementations.
• Deep expertise in the Controlling (CO) module, including cost objects, planning, and actuals.
• Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) processes, purchase returns, and GR/IR clearing.
• Experience with SAP integration technologies, including API and EDI.
• Proven track record of managing offshore/onshore delivery models.
• Experience with OCR applications for invoice automation.
