Salary: EUR 9500 - 10000 per month (gross)

What you will do
- Design, adapt, and extend SAP Fiori applications using SAPUI5, OData, and SAP Gateway.
- Set up and operate Fiori Launchpads and portal landscapes for unified HR service access.
- Implement SAP HCM customizing to support web-based business processes.
- Develop and customize HCM Processes and Forms (P&F) for digital HR workflows.
- Integrate HR modules, including Time Management, Recruitment, and Development, into a team portal.
- Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and create technical documentation for developer artifacts.
Requirements
- 4+ years of advanced experience in SAP development with a focus on Fiori, SAPUI5, and SAP Gateway.
- Strong proficiency in ABAP and ABAP OO for backend integration.
- Deep understanding of SAP HCM modules and infotype structures.
- Proven experience in configuring and managing SAP Fiori Launchpads.
- Technical proficiency in UI5 architectures, OData services, and REST-based integration.
- English: Intermediate level or above; German: Advanced level or above.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of SAP job management (PA-PM) and organizational management (OM).
- Experience in public sector digitization projects.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA HCM.
