What you will do

• Design, adapt, and extend SAP Fiori applications using SAPUI5, OData, and SAP Gateway.
• Set up and operate Fiori Launchpads and portal landscapes for unified HR service access.
• Implement SAP HCM customizing to support web-based business processes.
• Develop and customize HCM Processes and Forms (P&F) for digital HR workflows.
• Integrate HR modules, including Time Management, Recruitment, and Development, into a team portal.
• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and create technical documentation for developer artifacts.

Requirements

• 4+ years of advanced experience in SAP development with a focus on Fiori, SAPUI5, and SAP Gateway.
• Strong proficiency in ABAP and ABAP OO for backend integration.
• Deep understanding of SAP HCM modules and infotype structures.
• Proven experience in configuring and managing SAP Fiori Launchpads.
• Technical proficiency in UI5 architectures, OData services, and REST-based integration.
• English: Intermediate level or above; German: Advanced level or above.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP job management (PA-PM) and organizational management (OM).
• Experience in public sector digitization projects.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA HCM.
