What you will do

• Lead a team of design engineers to ensure design quality, cost-efficiency, and safety according to industry standards.
• Steer and manage design projects in alignment with local capacity governance.
• Continuously develop team competencies to keep pace with technology and standard trends.
• Collaborate with internal and external R&D divisions for technical support and specification.
• Analyze the feasibility, cost structure, performance, and safety of machine designs to recommend improvements.
• Develop and optimize existing workflows, processes, and standards with related stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronics, Automation Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in electrical and electronics machinery design.
• Expert proficiency with E-Cad, E-Plan, or similar software solutions.
• Proven track record in project management.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate risks and opportunities.
• Effective communication skills and high commitment to task and project delivery.

Nice to have

• Experience with software packaging solutions such as InstallShield.
