What you will do

• Develop and execute integrated PR strategies for the EMEA region to drive brand awareness and perception.
• Manage day-to-day media relations, including agency partnerships, press releases, and crisis communications.
• Design and maintain low-code/no-code workflows using n8n, Zapier, or Make to automate media monitoring and reporting.
• Develop and refine a library of prompts for LLMs to accelerate content drafting and repurposing across channels.
• Operationalize the comms tech stack by connecting Meltwater, Sprout Social, Asana, and Glean to reduce manual admin work.
• Serve as the quality control lead for regional communications to ensure brand voice and accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK.
• 3-5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Communications/PR with a focus on the EMEA market.
• Proficiency in automated workflows, RAG, and Marketing AI tools.
• Expertise in PR and media relations for the enterprise software and IT infrastructure market.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs such as Claude, Gemini, or Copilot.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
