What you will do

• Own and evolve CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions within a large Nx monorepo.
• Design and implement scalable automation frameworks for integration and E2E testing across Python/FastAPI and React/Remix services.
• Expand automated test coverage across the test pyramid, focusing on the hardest-to-maintain layers.
• Collaborate with software engineers to instrument services and integrate tests into CI.
• Analyze flaky tests and production incidents to drive continuous reliability and release confidence.
• Participate in on-call rotations and maintain high operational standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience testing web-based applications.
• Proven experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions preferred).
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with the ability to contribute to TypeScript/React codebases.
• Experience building test automation frameworks for frontend, backend, and database layers.
• Experience with tools like Playwright, Selenium, or BrowserStack.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Fluency with AI-assisted development tools, coding agents, and LLM-driven code review.
• Experience with the specific stack: FastAPI, Remix, PostgreSQL, Nx, AWS (Lambda, S3, Aurora), and GCP Pub/Sub.
• Familiarity with Nx's affected-graph model for efficient CI scoping.
• Experience with mobile testing.
