iOS Engineer (Swift)

Location: In-person at the NYC HQ in Union Square, New York City, USA for most roles.

Salary: $175,000–$275,000 per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Build native iOS products that advance video software and support creative workflows.
• Develop user experiences spanning interfaces, graphics rendering, and audio/video processing.
• Collaborate with designers and the broader team to conceptualize and ship products.
• Scope and deliver projects end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.
• Instrument products, run A/B tests, and iterate using production data.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional industry experience.
• A track record of shipping high-impact native mobile products in production.
• Strong engineering judgment, practicality, and time-management skills.
• Experience with some of SwiftUI, Combine, RxSwift, ReactiveSwift, AVFoundation, Core Animation, and Realm.
• Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, including algorithms and data structures.

Nice to have

• Experience with OpenGL or Metal.
• Startup founder or early-engineer experience.
• Collaborative and grounded approach, with willingness to contribute broadly to team success.
