What you will do

• Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of freelance pharmacist writers and reviewers.
• Write and edit drug and health content for clinical accuracy, clarity, and tone.
• Translate complex clinical information into engaging and accessible content for a lay audience.
• Ensure all content aligns with editorial standards, style guidelines, and SEO best practices.
• Collaborate with SEO, product, and marketing teams as a clinical expert for various content initiatives.
• Review and update existing content to maintain accuracy and timeliness.

Requirements

• PharmD or equivalent pharmacy degree.
• Must be based in the USA.
• 5+ years of experience in pharmacy practice, medical writing, or editing.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply clinical guidelines and primary literature.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Active pharmacist license.
• Experience managing freelance writers or working in cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with digital content strategy and SEO best practices.
