What you will do

• Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods and assembly procedures for new and existing products.
• Prepare production documentation for pre-series, prototypes, and special production.
• Identify opportunities to reduce production costs and resolve technical manufacturing issues.
• Collaborate with technical departments to prepare cost estimates for new projects.
• Participate in the procurement and design of manufacturing and handling equipment.
• Implement lean manufacturing projects and 5S principles to eliminate waste.

Requirements

• University degree in electrical or electronic engineering.
• At least 1 year of experience in the field of electrical engineering.
• English: Fluent (C1) in both spoken and written communication.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM systems and technical drawing.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and Lean Manufacturing.
• Ability to read and create electrical documentation.
