What you will do

• Track and analyze campaign metrics (conversions, CTR, engagement) to identify optimization opportunities.
• Develop and maintain clear reports and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Create and update responsive HTML email templates ensuring brand consistency and functionality.
• Collaborate with Client Success teams to deliver high-quality email campaigns on time.
• Manage data hygiene, including list cleaning, segmentation, and validation.
• Troubleshoot campaign issues and identify process improvements.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic documentation skills.
• Eligible to work in the Philippines without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with Basecamp project management.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
