What you will do

• Design, test, and refine prompts for tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, and Runway to deliver brand-aligned outputs.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and strategists to blend AI content into creative concepts.
• Ensure AI outputs meet creative standards, reflect brand voice, and comply with ethical and copyright regulations.
• Build and maintain a repository of reusable prompts for various use cases.
• Experiment with new AI tools, evaluate usability, and share insights with the team.
• Streamline AI adoption in creative processes and document best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering or generative AI, ideally within a creative or agency environment.
• Deep understanding of AI models and hands-on experience with tools like ComfyUI, Midjourney, and Adobe Firefly.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German.
• Solid understanding of licensing and copyright principles.
• Creative mindset combined with strong technical fluency.
