What you will do

• Apply analytics to solve business problems with guidance, extracting and transforming data from multiple sources.
• Design and execute A/B tests, pre/post analyses, and causal impact studies for loyalty strategies and CRM campaigns.
• Build and interpret foundational models like linear and logistic regression for marketing use cases.
• Create visualizations and dashboards communicating insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine goals and deliver data-driven recommendations.
• Write efficient SQL, Python, or R code with documentation and perform basic data quality checks.

Requirements

• 0–2 years experience as Bachelor’s/Master’s graduate or relevant industry/data apprenticeships.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, or related field.
• Beginner–intermediate SQL plus Python, R, or similar for data work and visualization.
• Grasp of descriptive statistics, probability, A/B testing, and introductory data modeling.
• Familiarity with tools like Tableau and handling large datasets.
• Analytical thinking, data literacy, communication, collaboration, and inclusive mindset.
