What you will do

• Develop and maintain current, future, and transitional state architectures and logical models.
• Govern architectural decisions and enforce policies, standards, and processes.
• Establish AI governance frameworks including model risk management, explainability, and compliance.
• Lead modernization efforts focusing on legacy rationalization and cloud-native platform adoption.
• Collaborate with business and IT leadership to translate strategic objectives into scalable solutions.
• Identify and mitigate architectural risks and technical debt.

Requirements

• 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in architecture leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale cloud transformation and legacy modernization.
• Expertise in Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
• Fluency in cloud-native, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to executive audiences.
• Experience in risk management and driving consensus across organizational boundaries.

Nice to have

• Experience in the insurance industry.
• Domain expertise in Customer, Distribution, and Producer/Agent business areas.
• Exposure to Agentic AI, Generative AI (LLMs, RAG), and vector databases.
