Support Specialist (SaaS): Providing technical and billing support to developers on the platform with an accent on account management and cross-functional feedback. Focus on resolving complex billing escalations and improving the product through user insights.
Location: Hybrid: Must be based in Foster City, CA (In office Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
Salary: $73,000 – $110,000 + Equity

What you will do
- Solve account, billing, and product issues via support tickets while meeting daily volume and resolution targets.
- Collaborate with the Support team to relay user patterns and feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
- Develop and maintain the Support Team's internal Knowledge Base.
- Partner with internal teams to resolve complex billing escalations.
- Help shape and refine support processes as the product and team scale.
Requirements
- 4+ years of customer support experience.
- Experience with Zendesk, Stripe, Orb, and ticketing workflows.
- Background in B2B SaaS customer success or support.
- Must have used in the last 3 to 6 months.
- Proficiency with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.).
- Strong communication, time management, and ticket triage skills.
