Salary: $206,550 – $243,000

What you will do

• Build hirify.global's first mobile applications for iOS and Android from the ground up using React Native.
• Define the technical foundation and establish mobile development best practices for the organization.
• Collaborate with design and product partners to launch the first patient-facing mobile experiences.
• Shape the overall mobile strategy to improve interactions between patients and providers.
• Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines for seamless mobile app delivery.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with 4+ years focused on professional mobile development.
• 3+ years of experience working with React Native.
• Familiarity with native modules for iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin/Java).
• Proven track record of shipping production-ready mobile apps end-to-end.
• Experience setting up CI/CD for mobile environments.
• Must be based in the United States (excluding Hawaii).

• Experience as a founding or early engineer at a high-growth startup.
• Experience mentoring engineers and scaling a mobile organization.
