What you will do
- Build 's first mobile applications for iOS and Android from the ground up using React Native.
- Define the technical foundation and establish mobile development best practices for the organization.
- Collaborate with design and product partners to launch the first patient-facing mobile experiences.
- Shape the overall mobile strategy to improve interactions between patients and providers.
- Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines for seamless mobile app delivery.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, with 4+ years focused on professional mobile development.
- 3+ years of experience working with React Native.
- Familiarity with native modules for iOS (Swift/Objective-C) and Android (Kotlin/Java).
- Proven track record of shipping production-ready mobile apps end-to-end.
- Experience setting up CI/CD for mobile environments.
- Must be based in the United States (excluding Hawaii).
Nice to have
- Experience as a founding or early engineer at a high-growth startup.
- Experience mentoring engineers and scaling a mobile organization.
- Experience working on 0β1 mobile product development.
