What you will do

• Maintain the DTC marketing calendar and track campaign milestones for hirify.global.com and Loungefly.com.
• Coordinate deliverables and asset tracking using Asana to provide visibility to all stakeholders.
• Collaborate with creative teams to submit briefs and ensure timely delivery of assets.
• Develop workback schedules and manage sign-off timelines for marketing initiatives.
• Manage campaign naming conventions, UTMs, and tracking tags for channel distribution.
• Prepare and submit licensor approval packages 2-3 weeks before launch deadlines.

Requirements

• Must be based in Everett, WA for on-site work.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for managing multiple timelines.
• Proficiency in project management tools, specifically Asana.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong cross-functional communication and interpersonal skills.
