Junior Designer

TL;DR

Junior Designer: Support the creation of high-quality, visually engaging materials for commercial marketing including presentations, social media assets, and motion content with an accent on brand consistency, visual hierarchy, and creative storytelling. Focus on translating ideas and data into compelling design outputs, applying design principles, and ensuring outputs meet accessibility and regulatory standards.

Location: Hybrid in London, UK (NW1 2PL), based in London office

What you will do

• Assist in producing and formatting pitch decks, presentations, and media packs
• Build and update PowerPoint presentations with visually engaging slides
• Create static assets, visual mock-ups, motion graphics, and support basic video editing
• Apply brand guidelines consistently across all outputs
• Organize and manage brand assets, image libraries, and templates
• Collaborate with teams, manage tasks to deadlines, and conduct quality checks

Requirements

• Based in London for hybrid work
• Strong understanding of design principles: layout, typography, visual hierarchy
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and PowerPoint
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Collaborative mindset, ability to take feedback and interpret creative briefs
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Nice to have

• Experience with motion graphics or basic video editing
• Awareness of AI-supported design tools
• Familiarity with workflow tools like Monday.com or Trello
• Understanding of brand guidelines and visual identity systems
• Interest in media, content, and audience engagement
