What you will do

• Drive business performance through proactive data analysis and actionable insights delivered to leadership.
• Own and evolve data pipelines to ensure data is fresh, accurate, and trustworthy.
• Build and maintain dbt models supporting Growth, Finance, and Product teams.
• Act as a storyteller by translating complex data into clear narratives that drive business decisions.
• Monitor pipeline health, troubleshoot issues, and champion continuous improvement in data quality.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate data clearly to non-technical stakeholders and C-level executives.
• Strong SQL skills and working knowledge of dbt, including models, tests, and documentation.
• Proficiency in writing Python scripts for data transformation and pipeline tooling.
• Strong intuition regarding subscription lifecycle and paid acquisition metrics.
• Ownership mindset with the ability to take end-to-end responsibility in a collaborative team environment.

Nice to have

• Experience managing ingestion pipelines or using orchestration tools like Airflow.
• Familiarity with data quality or observability tools.
• Experience using AI tools (LLMs) for SQL generation, documentation, or pipeline debugging.
