What you will do
- Create and adapt creative copywriting for various social channels to effectively publish content.
- Manage community interactions to sustain relationships and increase brand visibility among target audiences.
- Moderate customer-facing queries and handle the escalation process.
- Develop and deliver editorial calendars and creative campaigns on a day-to-day basis.
- Collaborate with the creative studio to ideate and brief organic social-first activations.
- Identify business development opportunities and build strong relationships with clients.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B and B2C environments.
- Ability to translate technical product information into compelling editorial content.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms and formats, specifically TikTok and Instagram Reels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and people management abilities.
- Location: Must be based in London
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with social commerce platforms, such as TikTok Shop.
