What you will do

• Coordinate new products and samples for strategic fit, build codes in SAP, and ship samples/kits.
• Collaborate with sales, ADS technical team, procurement, and materials planning to identify and launch new products/suppliers.
• Lead and maintain Waxahachie ADS laboratory, including equipment, compliance, waste management, and blending SOPs.
• Generate monthly reports on new product launches and development stages.
• Facilitate opportunity creation, synchronize with regional plans, and participate in customer/sales meetings.

Requirements

• SAP trained and certified.
• Lab management experience; minimum 5 years lab experience.
• Hazardous sample shipment certified; chemical handling; RCRA certification.
• Associates Degree or equivalent, or BS in Chemistry, Biology, or Science.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
