What you will do

• Define and execute the product strategy for the B2B payments platform, prioritizing API integration and user experience.
• Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify new growth opportunities and inform product decisions.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and concept development to launch and post-launch improvement.
• Design and manage robust, scalable, and developer-friendly APIs, including SDKs and support resources.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and external partners to align product requirements with business objectives.
• Analyze key product metrics, such as API usage and transaction volumes, to drive data-driven improvements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in payments, fintech, or API-driven products.
• Proven track record of managing complex B2B products within financial services or enterprise software.
• Strong understanding of card processing, ACH, B2B virtual card payments, and wire transfers.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud-based solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Must be based in Boston, Massachusetts

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced degree.
• Experience with B2B platforms, ERP integrations, or SaaS products.
• Knowledge of payment compliance and regulatory requirements (e.g., PCI-DSS, PSD2).
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
