What you will do

• Own the most technically complex ML projects from architecture design to production deployment.
• Set technical direction for the team, ensuring architectural excellence and long-term maintainability.
• Lead and mentor junior and senior engineers to raise the overall technical bar.
• Contribute high-quality code to data processing, modeling, and deployment pipelines.
• Partner with clients to translate business challenges into measurable technical outcomes.
• Drive the adoption of modern MLOps and state-of-the-art ML methodologies.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in machine learning or data science.
• Proficiency in Python and expertise in frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
• Experience designing and deploying LLM-based applications, including RAG systems and vector databases.
• Hands-on experience with scalable architectures on AzureML, AWS, or GCP.
• Proven technical leadership and mentorship skills.
• Fluent English is required.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in French.
• Certifications in Data and AI platforms such as Databricks, Dataiku, or Snowflake.
