What you will do

• Source and manage liquidity across all hirify.global FX trading platforms to drive business growth.
• Increase Average Daily Volume (ADV) by optimizing liquidity interactions based on market microstructure and trading data.
• Perform data analysis and management using business intelligence and analytics tools.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and development teams to identify and exploit business opportunities.
• Provide pre- and post-sales support, helping clients understand the role of liquidity management.
• Monitor industry and competitor trends to develop the company's unique selling propositions.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in London, UK
• 3+ years of experience in the electronic trading industry.
• Proficiency in Python for technical analysis and data management.
• University bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Mathematics (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of financial markets and electronic trading.
• Experience working effectively as part of a global team.
