What you will do
- Build and scale a structured, self-serve training academy covering compliance frameworks including CMMC, FedRAMP, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA.
- Produce a comprehensive video library featuring product walkthroughs, micro-demos, and release videos to drive platform engagement.
- Develop internal enablement materials for Sales and Implementation teams, such as demo scripts, runbooks, and process guides.
- Establish a channel partner enablement library to allow resellers and MSPs to ramp up independently.
- Analyze education KPIs and support ticket trends to identify and fill content gaps.
- Own the content strategy for the Comply AI knowledge base.
Requirements
- Must be based in New York, San Francisco, or Washington DC (Hybrid).
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS within a content, education, enablement, or instructional design role.
- Proven experience launching or scaling a customer education function from scratch.
- Proficiency in producing high-quality screen recordings with voice narration (e.g., Loom, Camtasia, ScreenFlow).
- Experience with LMS platforms such as Skilljar, Gainsight CE, Northpass, or Docebo.
- Technical fluency with SaaS products, including the ability to explain APIs and integrations.

- Background in GRC, compliance, or security awareness training.
- Experience building customer certification or badging programs.
- Comfort appearing on camera for webinars or live training sessions.
- Experience developing channel or partner enablement programs.
