What you will do

• Manage official employment and termination processes ensuring full compliance with local labour laws across various entities.
• Coordinate documentation for visas, work permits, and residence permits, supporting employees through legalization.
• Provide expert consultations on international taxation, social security, and C2C calculations.
• Partner with HR, Accounting, and Legal stakeholders to resolve complex global mobility issues.
• Develop and maintain internal knowledge bases, policies, and process documentation.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, including immigration lawyers and tax consultants.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Global Mobility, Immigration Law, or International Employment.
• Knowledge of immigration policies, work permits, and visa procedures.
• Basic understanding of international taxation, social security rules, and C2C calculations.
• Bachelor/Master’s degree in Law, International Economics, or International Affairs.
• English: Upper Intermediate (B2) or higher required.
• Proficiency with Jira, SharePoint, Google Drive, and Workday.
