Application QA Analyst

TL;DR

Application QA Analyst (Enterprise Apps): Ensuring quality, reliability, and performance of enterprise applications like Oracle EBS, Salesforce, and Capital Stream through comprehensive testing with an accent on automation, integration, and end-to-end flows. Focus on designing test plans, executing automated scripts with UFT and Playwright, analyzing defects, and validating business requirements in Waterfall projects.

Location: Onsite five days a week in Santa Catarina or Nuevo León, Mexico (Santa Maria Office at Monterrey). No domestic relocation assistance or visa sponsorship available.

What you will do

• Design, develop, execute, and maintain test plans, cases, and scripts for functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
• Run automated tests using UFT and Playwright.
• Analyze results, log defects, and document issues, risks, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with business, developers, and IT to validate requirements and application behavior.
• Use Azure DevOps for test management, defect tracking, and reporting.
• Validate integrations and end-to-end flows in Oracle EBS, Salesforce, and Capital Stream.

Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency for global collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Information, or equivalent.
• Experience in IT with focus on application testing and QA.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, UFT, Playwright, and Waterfall methodology.
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with quality focus.
