What you will do

• Lead a team of creative engineers focused on breakthrough innovation and concept development for Ninja products.
• Apply Design Thinking principles to identify consumer needs and translate them into Advanced Development projects.
• Collaborate with Marketing teams to define and influence the long-term product roadmap.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from blue-sky exploration to commercialization.
• Coordinate with global partners across the UK, US, and China to ensure smooth concept transfer and manufacturing alignment.
• Mentor team members to support individual growth and organizational capability building.

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading user-centered innovation and disruptive consumer product development.
• High proficiency in SolidWorks and ProE or Creo CAD systems.
• Experience working with China manufacturing partners on high-volume consumer products.
• Strong understanding of Industrial Design, User Experience, Electronics, Quality, and Manufacturing.
• Proven ability to manage teams across multiple global locations.
• Must be based in London, United Kingdom
