What you will do

  • Drive GTM motions for new product and module launches, covering positioning, enablement, and KPI tracking.
  • Lead the GTM side of post-acquisition M&A integrations, aligning teams, territories, and processes.
  • Operationalize sales methodologies and playbooks across segments to ensure full adoption.
  • Establish and manage the operating rhythm for the CRO, including pipeline reviews, QBRs, and Board materials.
  • Scope and deliver strategic initiatives regarding new segments, regions, pricing, and packaging.
  • Amplify the CRO by drafting executive content and ensuring follow-through on all action items.

Requirements

  • 2–6 years of experience, ideally in top-tier strategy consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) or a strategy role at a high-growth SaaS.
  • Proven ability in structured problem-solving and managing ambiguous strategic prompts.
  • Strong fluency in modern AI tools and the ability to create custom automations.
  • Executive-level communication skills for presenting to the Board and C-suite.
  • English: Fluent (C1+) required; German or Spanish is a plus.
  • Location: Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Munich, Germany.
