What you will do

• Lead and develop Fraud Prevention, Security Operations, and Vehicle Repossession units into a cohesive, high-performance organization.
• Design and implement a company-wide governance structure, KPI frameworks, and reporting dashboards.
• Coordinate operational security across 11 European markets with varying legal and cultural contexts.
• Balance effective fraud prevention with an excellent customer experience and business conversion.
• Report to Senior Management and the Board and collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Coach team leads while driving organizational change and professionalization initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in fraud prevention, security operations, or vehicle repossession/asset recovery.
• Strong understanding of risk management principles and practical implementation in international environments.
• Proven experience in developing KPI frameworks, reporting structures, and governance models.
• Experience leading culturally diverse teams and managing complex organizational structures.
• Fluent English proficiency (C1); German skills are a strong advantage.
• Must be based in or able to work from Munich, Germany to support the hybrid model.
