What you will do

  • Manage the full B2B sales cycle, including prospecting, outreach, qualification, demo, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
  • Build and maintain a robust revenue pipeline through proactive market mapping and industry networking.
  • Develop tailored commercial proposals and presentations aligned with regional requirements and client business models.
  • Act as a regional brand ambassador at key iGaming and gaming industry events across Africa and Europe.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, legal, compliance, and technical teams to structure deals and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Contribute to the development of the Africa go-to-market strategy, pricing approach, and partnership frameworks.

Requirements

  • Significant senior-level experience in B2B sales or business development within the iGaming industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the iGaming ecosystem, specifically in platform or aggregation sales.
  • Proven ability to independently generate leads and manage a revenue pipeline.
  • Experience managing full-cycle sales processes in international markets.
  • Willingness and ability to travel across Europe and Africa as required.
  • English: C1 or higher proficiency required.

Nice to have

  • Direct experience selling into African iGaming markets.
  • Established network with African operators, regulators, or industry stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with African regulatory frameworks and licensing requirements.
  • Proficiency in French (B2 or higher).
