What you will do

• Own the strategy and continuous improvement of Electronic Data Deliverables (EDDs) for environmental testing clients.
• Manage the preparation, validation, and delivery of EDDs in client-required and regulatory-compliant formats.
• Oversee daily electronic data exchange processes, including automated feeds, APIs, secure file transfers (SFTP), and batch jobs.
• Troubleshoot delivery failures and data discrepancies using root cause analysis to resolve complex EDD issues.
• Improve EDD workflows through automation and system enhancements to reduce turnaround time and manual effort.
• Support LIMS configuration, system integrations, and data mapping between laboratory systems and client reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in data delivery, data operations, or systems support.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Hands-on experience with electronic file formats (CSV, XML, JSON, TXT, Excel) and secure transfer protocols (SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS).
• Experience with APIs, EDI, or automated data exchange systems.
• English: Advanced proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
• Understanding of data governance and compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., EPA guidelines).
• Experience with workflow automation tools, ETL/ELT pipelines, or data integration platforms.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure DevOps and general knowledge of Chemistry.
