What you will do

• Analyze customer claims and issues, prepare engineering reports, and present findings to stakeholders.
• Implement continuous improvement strategies in production to proactively prevent customer complaints.
• Update, revise, and create critical product documentation to maintain quality standards.
• Conduct process audits and track corrective actions to completion.
• Participate in new product and process development meetings to resolve quality issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a quality department, preferably in electronics or automotive industries.
• Familiarity with FMA and APQP processes.
• Proven experience in problem-solving methods such as 5M, 5S, and PIPPA.
• High level of verbal and written communication skills in English language.
