What you will do
- Analyze customer claims and issues, prepare engineering reports, and present findings to stakeholders.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies in production to proactively prevent customer complaints.
- Update, revise, and create critical product documentation to maintain quality standards.
- Conduct process audits and track corrective actions to completion.
- Participate in new product and process development meetings to resolve quality issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a quality department, preferably in electronics or automotive industries.
- Familiarity with FMA and APQP processes.
- Proven experience in problem-solving methods such as 5M, 5S, and PIPPA.
- High level of verbal and written communication skills in English language.
