Project Engineer Electrical / SCADA (Wind Energy)

TL;DR

What you will do

• Act as the main technical reference for all electrical, control, and SCADA-related topics throughout project execution.
• Design medium voltage components and plan communication interfaces including IEC-101, IEC-104, OPC, SQL, Modbus, and TCP/IP.
• Clarify wind farm control concepts at the grid connection point and review technical requirements for permitting and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in on-site energization, switching activities, and support commissioning and acceptance tests.
• Prepare electrical tender documentation and specify project-specific LV and MV solutions.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, and Service departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Power Engineering (or equivalent technical experience).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an industrial environment, preferably in the power generation sector.
• Experience in measurement & control engineering, grid integration, and industrial communication technologies.
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
• Valid driving licence.
• Willingness to travel to construction sites and abroad.
