What you will do

• Manage the local rollout of global initiatives and operational products, such as substitutions and inventory adjustments.
• Analyze Perfect Order Fulfillment Ratio (POFR) and define actionable improvement plans to resolve performance issues.
• Conduct regular store visits, staff training, and picker coaching to ensure best practices are implemented.
• Collaborate with Regional Ops Heads, Product, and Support teams to reduce venue unavailability and improve data accuracy.
• Document and share regional wins and challenges, leveraging AI tools to scale expertise across partners.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in retail, supply and operations management, or ecommerce account management.
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data tools like Excel and Looker.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and Croatian.
• Open to travel to Bulgaria, North Macedonia, Serbia, and Slovenia.
