What you will do

• Analyze service requests and assign calls to Customer Engineers based on skills, schedules, and urgency.
• Optimize geographical proximity between service sites and engineers to reduce response times.
• Manage parts availability by sourcing components locally, regionally, or globally.
• Align engineer ETAs with part delivery to maximize SLA opportunities and service levels.
• Maintain continuous communication with internal departments via phone, email, and corporate tools.
• Document all actions on service requests and oversee escalation management for aged calls.

Requirements

• French language proficiency is required.
• Based in Belgrade, Serbia for a hybrid work arrangement.
• Availability to work shifts: 2nd (13-21h) and 3rd (21-05h).
• Strong motivation and a willingness to learn (no prior experience required).
