What you will do
- Analyze service requests and assign calls to Customer Engineers based on skills, schedules, and urgency.
- Optimize geographical proximity between service sites and engineers to reduce response times.
- Manage parts availability by sourcing components locally, regionally, or globally.
- Align engineer ETAs with part delivery to maximize SLA opportunities and service levels.
- Maintain continuous communication with internal departments via phone, email, and corporate tools.
- Document all actions on service requests and oversee escalation management for aged calls.
Requirements
- French language proficiency is required.
- Based in Belgrade, Serbia for a hybrid work arrangement.
- Availability to work shifts: 2nd (13-21h) and 3rd (21-05h).
- Strong motivation and a willingness to learn (no prior experience required).
