What you will do
- Own a portfolio of UK B&I contract catering customers, accountable for retention, growth, and success
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and act as strategic partner
- Drive adoption, satisfaction, and value realization across customer lifecycle
- Execute UK Customer Success strategy and support handovers from onboarding
- Collaborate with International Go-To-Market and Global Customer Success teams
- Represent on-site with customers when needed
Requirements
- Hybrid work in London, UK
- 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar
- Experience in contract catering or similar sectors
- Proactive mindset with high ownership and customer-facing problem solving
- Good understanding of SaaS and tech-savvy approach
