What you will do

• Develop production systems, working methods, and technical process documentation for assembly and installation.
• Design efficient production flows and layouts based on Lean principles to optimize costs and quality.
• Execute process planning for current and new products and coordinate Producibility Reviews.
• Act as the primary technical link between the design team in Sweden and the production team in the USA.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in Aerostructures.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, Permanent Resident (green card holder), or protected individual.
• Ability to travel internationally.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
