Test Technician (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Set up and test products using schematics, layout drawings, and specifications.
• Utilize test equipment such as Digital Multi-Meters, Oscilloscopes, and vibration tables for troubleshooting.
• Test and debug Electronic PCB Assemblies and motor controllers.
• Perform failure analysis on production and returned systems to support process improvements.
• Maintain accurate test documentation, yield reporting, and non-conformance data.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve technical issues.

Requirements

• Minimum level 6 qualification in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least two years of experience, preferably in an ISO9001 or equivalent regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of analogue, digital, and power electronics components and circuitry.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Carrigaline, Ireland.

Nice to have

• Experience or qualifications in Lean.
• IPC 7711/7721 and IPC-A-610 certifications.
