What you will do
- Manage full-cycle sales from lead qualification to deal closing
- Conduct client negotiations and align business expectations
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial offers
- Handle RFIs/RFPs and participate in bidding processes
- Collaborate with delivery and technical experts in presales
- Maintain CRM opportunities, manage sales pipeline, and hit revenue targets
- Support account growth via upsell and expansion
Requirements
- 2–4 years in B2B sales, business development, or account management in IT services
- Understanding of software development processes and IT services market
- Experience preparing commercial proposals and presentations
- Strong English communication and negotiation (Upper-Intermediate+)
- Proactive, structured, result-oriented mindset
- Cross-cultural communication skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
