What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle sales from lead qualification to deal closing
  • Conduct client negotiations and align business expectations
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial offers
  • Handle RFIs/RFPs and participate in bidding processes
  • Collaborate with delivery and technical experts in presales
  • Maintain CRM opportunities, manage sales pipeline, and hit revenue targets
  • Support account growth via upsell and expansion

Requirements

  • 2–4 years in B2B sales, business development, or account management in IT services
  • Understanding of software development processes and IT services market
  • Experience preparing commercial proposals and presentations
  • Strong English communication and negotiation (Upper-Intermediate+)
  • Proactive, structured, result-oriented mindset
  • Cross-cultural communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
