What you will do

• Support strategy, adoption, and improvement of workplace platforms including Google Workspace, Slack, and Atlassian tools.
• Gather employee feedback and business needs to enhance tool usage with an internal product mindset.
• Monitor usage trends, license utilization, and adoption to ensure efficient tool deployment.
• Manage vendors, contract renewals, and licensing for productivity platforms.
• Track product roadmaps, evaluate new features, and explore AI, automation, and integrations.
• Create training, documentation, and enablement programs for stronger adoption.
• Partner with IT, security, operations, and business stakeholders for scalable workplace tools.

Requirements

• 1–3 years in business systems, IT, operations, workplace technology, or productivity tools
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, or similar platforms
• Interest in AI, automation, and integrations for productivity
• Analytical mindset for monitoring usage and recommending improvements
• Strong organizational skills for license tracking and vendor coordination
• Clear English communication for cross-functional distributed teams

Nice to have

• Experience in tool adoption, process improvement, documentation, or end-user training
